Two healthy recipes to make with tilapia

Tilapia with Black Pepper

  1. Pat tilapia dry with a sheet of paper towel
  2. Add salt and pepper to the fish as desired
  3. Preheat the pan over medium-high heat
  4. Add oil or butter of any kind (coconut oil would be the healthiest option)
  5. Place tilapia in the pan and wait for three minutes
  6. Flip the fish over and wait for another three minutes
  7. Squeeze two tablespoons of lemon in the pan
  8. Remove tilapia once the lemon juice evaporates

Tilapia with Soy Sauce

  1. Measure 1/4 cup of light soy sauce into a bowl
  2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  3. Squeeze two tablespoons of lemon into the mixture
  4. Mix the content until sugar dissolves
  5. Marinate the tilapia into the bowl for 10-30 minutes
  6. Preheat the pan over medium-high heat
  7. Add oil or butter of any kind (coconut oil would be the healthiest option)
  8. Add two cloves of garlic and a slice of ginger in the pan
  9. Place the fish in the pan once the garlic and ginger browns
  10. Wait for three minutes then flip
  11. Wait for three minutes
