Overnight Oats: Berry Berry Good

  1. Pour 1 cup of any type of milk into a mason jar
  2. Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  3. Mash 1/2 of a large ripe banana*
  4. Mix content together
  5. Add honey if needed
  6. Top off with chopped strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds for more texture
  8. Leave overnight

* Mashing banana in oatmeal serves as a sweetener for the meal, replacing honey

Avocado Toast with Eggs

  1. Boil one egg for seven minutes on high heat
  2. Let the egg sit in ice-cold water for one minute
  3. Remove the shell
  4. Place avocado into a bowl
  5. Add a squeeze of lemon juice* and pinch of salt
  6. Mix content together
  7. Refrigerate ingredients overnight
  8. Place avocado and egg onto a piece of toast when served

*Lemon juice will prevent the avocado from browning
