Overnight Oats: Berry Berry Good
- Pour 1 cup of any type of milk into a mason jar
- Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- Mash 1/2 of a large ripe banana*
- Mix content together
- Add honey if needed
- Top off with chopped strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts
- Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds for more texture
- Leave overnight
* Mashing banana in oatmeal serves as a sweetener for the meal, replacing honey
Avocado Toast with Eggs
- Boil one egg for seven minutes on high heat
- Let the egg sit in ice-cold water for one minute
- Remove the shell
- Place avocado into a bowl
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice* and pinch of salt
- Mix content together
- Refrigerate ingredients overnight
- Place avocado and egg onto a piece of toast when served
*Lemon juice will prevent the avocado from browning
