That very moment when someone thinks about something that they really should not and attempts to deny any such thought is exactly how he chooses his words.  In other words, he says what none of us have the courage or level of insanity to say.  Immune to censorship, he often goes outside the confinements of social convention, reality, andmore often that one would likesanity.  Breaking the rules is habitual for him in following rules and conducting actions in unorthodox methods, which screams his name loud and clear.

Deadpool.

Ah, yes.  The infamous “merc with a mouth” has finally arrived at theaters after long anticipation from nearly all Marvel fans.  Hesitation, however, on the part of Marvel is understandable given Deadpool’s reputation of being crude, blunt, obscene, rude, and all around offensive at times, but those aforesaid constituents are vital to his character build up.

Therefore, as much as I am excited to see the movie, I am a little disappointed yet not shocked by the fact that it has received an R-rating, which is realistically speaking nothing shy of appropriate. Nevertheless, a fan must question whether or not Marvel will do the movie and the mercenary Deadpool justice by staying true to his character regardless of his quirks and fetishes while at the same time staying within the parameters of movie decency, especially with a superhero audience.

It is no surprise that kids are drawn to superheroes. Although convenience has labeled the movie of focus as superhero, it has attracted several minds of youth, but by all means, “Deadpool” is inappropriate for both children and the entire family.  Thus, while that does eliminate a good portion of society, several other groups still exist to view the movie or even members of previously mentioned ages may see it upon personal venture.

Disregarding the inappropiate factor, the movie is undoubtedly going to be a success in theaters worldwide because of its great cast and inspiration.  First inspired by fans, “Deadpool” was created with the intent of pleasing and entertaining its fan base. This movie in particular for years has eluded the general populace but now is public, and the limits to Deadpool’s arbitrary behavior are literally limitless or better yet unknown given that his character can embody any scenario.

Speaking of characters and roles, the cast line up as of now stands at Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Morena Baccarin as copycat, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, and last but not least, T. J. MIller as Weasel. After a series of mini interviews and sneak peaks, late night show hosts like Conan and youtubers everywhere such as Tyrone Magnus continue to say that “Reynolds was born to play the role of Deadpool.”
I have to agree that based on his previous acting career and overall facade during interviews, Reynold is perfect for “Deadpool”. Thus, I cannot wait to see the film on opening day, Feb. 12.  Movies are two hour escapes from reality.  As a result, what better way is there to indulge in fantasy than to have life as you know it distorted through the humorous eyes of insanity.  I already smell the chimichangas!
